I just got the system and game and every day the message of the day is that MoR is here and to check out the req preview and blah blah…I dont see any of this stuff? I find it confusing. After reading some stuff in here I am assuming that its time sensitive? If it is then why don’t they take it off the message of the day?

It’s not time sensitive. Try completely rebooting the game (by quiting the game in the Xbox home page) and start it back up again. Even if you just got the game you should have gotten the REQ pack. (Noble Valor helmet and armour.)
OH ok, I do have that Noble Valor stuff. I just didnt know that when I got the game that it was special I guess. My bad!

Memories of Reach is the latest of monthly content updates. Basically these updates add more Non-Permnanent items (Weapons, power ups, General Warzone stuff), skins, emblems and armors. It also tends to stick by a different theme each month.
