I had stopped playing the game for about 2 weeks prior to the last update because I got a few other games I wanted to play. Come back maybe 3 days after the last update and the connections have gone to total -Yoink-. First, it feels like I’m getting shot through walls and killed when I definitely should not be. Second my bullets NOR my melees are hitting people despite being dead on. And on top of everything I’m getting randomly kicked out of the game every 10 or so games. No visible “lag” no rubber banding, just suddenly KICKED!
Now before you say it’s my network, I’ve check. It’s not. I’ve reset everything, done speed tests, no issues. I know it’s this game too, because I’ve played 2 other games online with absolutely no problems. HALO is screwing up. Not my network. Not my Xbox. I know how good I am and I know when I’m playing bad. This game is screwing up. What gives?
Were talking about 343 here bro, did you expect anything decent lol… for most its the feb update to local region lock, could be your issue. I notice if I ever have 1% packet loss its no H5 for me. I get kicked with any PL. -_-

Rather than get upset, why don’t you try the support thread. and even a good connection isn’t always consistent. I have the highest speed available in my area and I get lag spikes on occasion

Hang on speed tests will only show what your speed is at the time of the check its not an indication of stability tbh. That being said these past 48 hours i noticed warping and all sorts at times. in wz assault anyway.

You never know,maybe there’s just a lot of online activity in your area.

I did them multiple times in a row, and right after each disconnect. So far it has shown to be stable. If it’s lag of any kind it is definitely not on my end.

Except that I have no issues when I play other games online. It’s THIS game specifically where I am having an issue.
I am on the east coast, the game has been very unstable lately. I lose connection to the servers, and have to restart the game several times before I can play. It is not my connection. Its XBL or 343.

I am on the east coast, I live in Virginia and my game works fine.

I am wired. Not the issue.
Read what I write people; THIS GAME IS BUSTED. I’ve reset/checked my connection multiple times. No issue. I’ve played OTHER games online. No issue. I play Halo 5 online. Suddenly there is an issue. It’s the game.
Also if you are not having problems then good for you. Doesn’t mean there still isn’t something wrong with this game or it’s servers right now.

Its a mess .its a mess.ohh i just said that.i like forge.but ever since it the game is unplayable.a fan off btb . I can only play between 6-10pm! Oh yeh thats family time and i work messed up 12hr shifts. So when i wake at weird times when off i cant even play.saturday nites with halo mates havong a drink.well kiss that good bye.this game is now build for kids aftrr their homework.& not for your own life hours.i did read on line if a game does not preform good ,if causing alot off issues.well 343 are in deep water by the courts.as there trying to fix issues is a sign that may protect them.but for how long. Google game companys paying compansation. The worst (online) gaming experiance ever since there was no boss in halo 4 & thats just a minor detail. Ohh goody cant wait for next update off disapointing issues.
