What is going on with Slayer

For the last few nights it’s been an absolute drag in waiting for matches for slayer. I guess it’s down time or just a lack of players.

Yeah, I feel you. It’s the most populated ranked playlist and has the longest search times. Makes no sense.

Most likely due to timezones/geographical locations.

Ping too, to a certain extent.
But mostly its your CSR and where you are in the world.
Also the more competitive modes (even among the social playlists) tend to be pretty slow recently. Try Super Fiesta.

I don’t know if it’s the most populated, Halo 3 Anniversary seems pretty populated and I never wait more than 30 seconds. It’s tough though, I’m not sure why wait times are up for Team Slayer.

I’ve noticed it too. Wait times are a lot longer than usual in Team Slayer. Everyone’s in Social apparently.

Also, most people are back in school now so there will be less people playing at certain hours.

Yeah, it is. I saw it on Halo Tracker. If I have time I’ll link it.

EDIT: link Yeah, Halo 3 has nothing on slayer lol.

Ive been trying to get matches and ive gotten in a few but most of them are saying unable to join. So I’ve been on quick play.

I agree Super Fiesta seems to be very quick with matching.
