I am getting matched with Double Onyx and Diamond 6 and I am barely Diamond 2. We are getting steamrolled, and its putting Gold people on my team… This has never happened before today. Something changed.
What’s happened is the games become more unplayable since the recent server update. With desync the worst it’s ever been the player base is leaving at and even quicker rate. Mostly all the lower tier players. Leaving just us diamond and Onyx players left.

It’s beyond weird. I’m D6 and getting Gold and Silver teammates, while being pitted against Onyx 1700’s. Talking with other people and this seems like a very common thing since the update.
Could be to do with a change prioritising region/server? That game was tipped 98% in the other teams favour. Should never have started.
Most likely Onyx players stacking so the game had no other suitable opponents for them. It’s very annoying if they are setting it to prioritise unbalanced games over search times in such an aggressive way.
I hate this game each time I try and give it a chance again. I don’t know why I even turn this crap on…

Yep, they broke something bad. Played with a group ranging from like 1550-1680 or so tonight, we were constantly getting matched against full teams of Plat and Diamond players, sometimes as low as Gold. Desync was as bad as ever.
It’s getting pretty much impossible to defend this anymore. You just expect them to break some fundamental element of the game every time they push an update now.

Totally broken for me too. Lots of horribly imbalanced games - one team gets stomped. Not fun for anybody.
