For some reason, when I get credits they aren’t counting. After I finish a game, it says I earn +0 credits. It adds the actual amount I earned into my credit amount, but my rank stays the same. The bar doesn’t even move.
Also I know this isn’t the credit cap, as this is the first time I have played since 11 pm Eastern time yesterday. Can someone please tell me what is going on?
Edit: Ok I just went a played a custom game (I had been playing campaign), and it gave me credits. I couldn’t tell if it moved my rank as it was only +17, but it didn’t say +0 like it was doing. Although I can earn credits there, my campaign still says +0. Is there some reason that I can no longer earn credits in campaign?
Sounds like either a glitch with the game or possibly credit banned. Have you tried clearing your HDD cache on your console? That may fix your problem. Maybe one of the mods know.

If I was credit banned, wouldn’t I not be getting credits added to my total?
And no, I have not tried to clear my cache. I’ll try that now.
Edit: I cleared my cache. Same thing. It added my total to the credit amount but didn’t rank me up.

either capped, cr banned
play a game of matchmaking instead of customs and stuff. Maybe you’re not playing long enough to recieve cr

Does the cap reset at midnight? If so it isn’t that as it has been doing it since I signed on.
As for the ban, I don’t know why I would be banned. All I have done besides play online and a couple of campaign missions with my friends is the target locator thing, but I have never heard of anyone getting banned for that unless they just started doing it.
Also I’m trying the matchmaking game now.

Local campaign ( just you or just people on your console) doesn’t have very large payouts. As a result, the rank up bar fills very slowly. The rank of colonol requires a fair amount of credits to rank up. The bar is infact probably moving, but so little that your eyes can’t see it move that fraction of an inch.
If you need confirmation of this, watch your rank up bar and credits in waypoint after your game.

As I understand it after you hit silver commendations in the campaign you don’t get credits for kills, you only get credits in campaign for game complete bonuses and the commendation upgrade bonus.
As a side note, if you play with scoring on at the end of the level your credits earned are tallied and added, but if you quit a game at the start of a level you don’t get any credits. Similarily if you enter campaign then quit immediatly you get nothing for doing nothing.
