Other than farming? Tell your company to hardcore focus on doing one at a time.
Just gotta keep playing, man. Grinding Warzone Firefight really helped me for enemy kills. I finished them all except Hunters, Wardens, and marines.
For weapons, grinding Fiesta Slayer has been a big help.

The fastest way would be to kill things poker face
On a serious note though, try some swat for first strikes, and headshots.

Sounds like Warzone Assaults the way to go.
Marine kills will just happen, and charges are easy if you have a speed boost power up on (its a one hit KO as long as your fully sprinting and connect with the target, get on a big open map and start slamming)
For ground pounds…assaults still good but BTB also works. Play defensive on a flag or a Stronghold and drop from a bove like a brick.
