I’m disturbed by the lack of his presence in 5. I can understand the frustration of how frequent he was in 4 (since there was a medal for just about everything) but just allow us to toggle how the medals trigger his callouts.
Off = self-explanatory.
Low = Just the basic callouts, similar to how it now
rowdy = Halo 4’s level of callouts
