I have been playing halo for a long -Yoink- time and not once have I heard of a raid. I have recently seen it being used and I’m intrigued. However I cannot find a single proper -Yoinking!- explanation on what it is. The closest I have gotten is that it happens a lot between clans. So if anyone would be willing to give me some answers I’d be very happy. I dont care if I have to read a childrens book or a -Yoinking!- game of thrones series to understand, I just wanna know pls. PLS.
It’s an MMO/Co-Op term. People group up to take on high level bosses that are near impossible to do buy yourself.
But what relation does it have in Halo 4?
Like you go on youtube and find videos titled “Halo 4 Clan Raid” and its in like custom games or whatever. I dont get it
As far as I can see, it is just one clan joining another clans session and killing each other.
Essentially they are ‘raiding’ each others games to kill each other for bragging rights.
That’d be my guess, the whole clan thing has never really appealed to me.

I came in here expecting to make a good B.net joke, but this is evidently NOT about Destiny. I am disappoint.
To me, Raids are fun but when you are in them often, it can become tedious.
