Lets say 343 keeps the current art style and game play mechanics.
Yet has a toggle option to return to older art style like H2A.
It wouldn’t make sense to give chief his old armor back at this point since there are 2 titles with the current armor.
Although I would love to have the old grunts, elites and especially the marine styles back in action.
For me personally it would completely break the immersion without some sort of back story as to why it was reverted.

That’s not as easy of a thing as you think. I’d rather they just get the game right than basically write two games in two different art styles. Is the art style really that important to you?
you cant please everyone imho, i believe the majority wants classic Halo back, artstyle, mechanics… everything, we ve been waiting for this since 2011, as i see it, 343 is making the right choice, thats my opinion on the matter.
