Just imagine what would Halo 5 Guardians may have become.

It would suck. There are too many conflicting opinions on how to do things. It would be DOA.

With all the acrimony and whining, fights among members, extremes in ideas, too many people wanting to be chiefs, it would be a total mess and definitely the end of HALO!
Sorry community, but we have a history of not agreeing and some becoming very salty…hmmm need a drink of water.
The community is skilled, just not that skilled.
It literally will be only 4 weapons.
Now if the community did the campaign story i think we’d do better.
The campaign would be better, there is no where to go but up.
Nothing would get done, everyone would be bickering about their opinions and youd have very split parties that argue different sides. Some would want sprint, others wouldnt, etc. and eventually the game would be cancelled.
Everyone would be a splice between Half Spartan/Half Elite Crossbreed that can use and not use sprint at the same time, causing you to slide all over the map with your Pistol BR. There would be no vehicles and Warzone would be replaced by Firefight.
Well, a few things we’d do right is… Being able to mute individual people in the pre game lobby!!! and for that matter, having a real pre game lobby!! and being able to view medals in the post game report!!! How these BASIC things aren’t in Halo 5 is beyond me!!!
The split would be inhuman. There’d be one side that was nothing but casuals and the games would be insane. The other side would be nothing but competitive freaks who would slowly grow insane from being unable to have the amount of fun they want (read; stomping casuals).
The Campaign would be GLORIOUS though. So many lore references anyone who didn’t know the whole story of the series would quite literally catch on fire.
It would never get made. There would be too much infighting and nothing would ever get done.
It would be a random swirling void of changing mechanics, inconsistent weaponry, and overpowered vehicles. Might be fun.
It would be not just the worst Halo of all time, but the worst video game ever made.

So if the community made Halo 5, we would have:
- No maps 'cause they all suck - No weapons 'cause everything that can kill me is overpowered and needs nerfed - Too many playlists 'cause we want everything at once and don’t care if we can’t find matches*.*And finally…
- A possibly decent story because of the lack of Brian Reed.

This, and it is like this with any game. From weapons being op (those thinking they are and those not) to game play style, sprint-Spartan abilities (to have or not).
