He’s talking about when you drop from the sky in the ODST halo game. So basically he is wondering what if we were able to be in drop pods like the ODST whilst in forge and or custom games.

It would be a fantastic idea for custom game ideas and would be a tremendous help for some infection themed game but next time try to post with a bit more clarity.
