What if Sesa 'Refumee have killed the Arbiter?

Sesa 'Refumee was an elite who wanted to kill Truth after hearing ‘the Oracle’ (343 Guilty Spark). I’m thinking that this would happen:

-Tartarus activate the ring and Cortana kill herself by destroying the UNSC In Amber Clad (just as happened with the “Pillar of Autumn”) which have crashed in “High Charity” at the moment. Would expected a match between Tartarus and MasterChief with Sesa 'Refume as your ally.

What would you think that have happened if the arbiter couldn’t stop the heretics, probably a new arbiter might emerge. Would like to hear your thoughts :slightly_smiling_face:

Most likely another Arbiter would return and Elites would be less united after the Great Schism.

Well one thing is for certain, you just doomed the entire Earth to being turned into this.

Has nothing to do with him. The Arbiter, Thel, convinced Rtas to not glass the entire planet.

Without Thel to convince him, Rtas is going to glass the entire planet in Halo 3 instead of just a portion of Africa.
