I’ve noticed that people are going on and on about Halo 5 as if it’s the worst thing known to man, but it’s perfectly fine. Yeah there are balancing issues and the campaign wasn’t the best - that’s subjective - but it doesn’t mean the game isn’t fun.
The amount of posts I’ve seen about Halo 5 “not being Halo” is ridiculous. Do you see the Halo sticker slapped on the cover? Yeah, well it’s a Halo game. As much as I’d love it to be a way of life, it’s a video game. People need to remember that when complaining on the forums with un-constructive posts or unrealistic expectations, that Halo 5 is merely just another video game and if you don’t enjoy it, someone else does. So don’t rain on everyone elses parade.
The game is really good, but it’s not “Gods gift to man” level of good. It’s contender for multiplayer of the year though, that’s for sure. The game launched without a lot of the social features, which is a shame but 343 isn’t the worst developers known to man

the game has some small issues (spawns, trading kills) but the multiplayer is basically perfect in alot of ways. Its a challenging arena shooter like halo always was yet some people hate it because its not halo 4. Campaign mission structure wasN’T the best but the story was incredible.

I would strongly disagree with you there. The 30 fps animations also destroy much of the good work done with 60 fps.
I personally think what Halo 5 has given us so far is incredibly good. The downside is that it hasn’t offered us all it’s potential such as more game modes. That was incredibly depressing to see. I do agree that trading kills shouldn’t really be a thing, but i wouldn’t know how to go about fixing something like that.
Where there is room for improvements there will be complaints, especially when people don’t end up getting what they expected. But then again the internet will be the internet sadly and most complaints will be destructive over constructive.
