How will guest be ranked? Because if they have the same rank as the user, then they will throw the game away.(they tend to go super neg).
However if they lower the skill what happens if the guest is good? I feel like there will never be accurate trueskill in social playlist where guest can play. I want ranked playlist without guest!!!
Yes, I want to know what my alternatives are to playing against KyrptonicBen3543 and his slumber party. It isn’t fun for either team.

Agree social should never have a trueskill system imo. Thats what we have Ranked playlists for and of course like you said with Ranked playlist comes no Guest players.
My only hope for you and the rest of the Halo community is that this hidden “accurate” TrueSkill system will allow you to achieve a high enough rank so you do not match up with players that are normally found with guests.
I’d also like to know if I can search alone, and not have to worry about matching all of Instinct as a team.
As I’ve been saying a lot lately. There may be a tight trueskill in the background but with join in progress, guests, and many other casual and social aspects in play the playlists will be anything but skill matching.

Indeed. The only way to have a some what 100% working trueskill is in a Ranked playlist. Ranked never allows guests, players have never been allowed to quit or join mid games in Ranked playlists etc.
And if i dont feel like being super competetive i can go play social for a bit and not have my true skill affected.
