Why did Jul cut off her arm? The shot was in the shoulder, suppose he didnt know much about Human physioligy.
Still though im not sure i like whats being done with her character, That said I cannot wait for season 2.

He cut it off above the wound, it’s just the blood stain and the way the jacket sits that makes it appear otherwise. Look at a high res screenshot and you’ll see.
I could still see Halsey wanting revenge with a cut-off arm, seems like something a villain would have. ( or not have ZING!)

Revenge on ONI is a definite possibility I mean she never really got on very well with them
i like the fact that halsey is now a 1 arm mad scientists.
One arm and one hand could make it a little bothersome to piece the Janus Key parts together 
What they don’t tell you is that the .45 round has knockdown power but can easily stay in the body when penetrating skin. On top of that it could have hit her shoulder bone. If there isn’t any medcare, it’s best to amputate to avoid infection from lead.
Answering the origenal question. Shes right handed because she slapped Lasky with her right hand. I checked this because I thought Lasky’s face was cursed, it was a real let down to find out it wasnt:(
