So in honor of fallout 4 coming out later today or its already out for some my question is this. What if halo 5 had been like fallout. By this I mean it was the same mechanics as fallout but with a halo skin and feel. comments?
Then I guess it would be called Fallout: Halo.
Honestly I don’t think I would enjoy it. I would prefer Halo being the FPS that it is, and having Fallout as the open world game that it is.

What you mean if instead of running at a buttery smooth 60fps? Halo ran at 30fps and dropped to 0fps with nothing going on lol?

why yes i would love magic space time powers that let me input a automatic targeting program in my arm computer thingy that was in halo:reach.
and a Power weapon that was like having the wraiths main gun slung on my shoulder.
Interesting note fallout will be stuck at 30 fps on xbox for best performance, while halo is trying for 60 fps for best performance

FPS and graphics are never an issue for me. I prefer gameplay over graphics a majority of the time anyway
30 fps is plenty sufficient. Is that not what halo 4 ran? I certainly wasn’t expecting 60 fps on an open world game life fallout

Yeah FPS is fine for a game like fallout on console sure but it is not fine when the framerate can’t even manage a solid 30fps and has noticeable drops where the game freezes because it hits 0fps.
