Then it will still sell copies. Then, months later, gamestop will send out a confusing report that states halo 4 has the highest amount of used game sales in 2 years.
people will return it or complain about it constantly. either way it was their choice to buy the game and they are to blame for their own decisions.
“Bad” isn’t an absolute term. Regardless of what the general consensus is, there will still be a sizeable contingent of people who will like the game. No Halo game (not even Reach) has ever been universally reviled.
Then don’t buy it. Simple as that.
Most likely going to be. It’s hard, VERY hard to balance all of those loop holes of bs of “fair” gameplay. Please 343i, add a classic playlist, so that I will never have to go through the misery of playing with all the stuff you showed us.
Also, I don’t care if I don’t know what the game is like. It’ll most likely suck, just like Reach did. Then, when we do know enough information, it’s already too late. In fact, it’s already too late. You think 343i is going to rehash multiplayer after working on it so extensively? Nah, they don’t care.

Falling into the self-fulfilling prophecy bias there friend. You expect the game to suck so much, without even having a true go at it by the way, that you will consciously do everything to make your expectation come true.
I doubt they will make halo 4 bad. I could care less about MP, I am paying 60 dollars for an epic single player.

wouldn’t it be cheaper to rent it whenever you wanted to play it?
Then the Halo franchise will die :’(
I will play Hawken which is a free to play shooter coming out this year. Its and indie game that looks better than most full games coming out this year.

I don’t think you know what “fact” means.
Holy balls, this community is beyond pessimistic.
We just do our best to tell 343 where they went wrong (in a mature way) and hope they listen with Halo 5.
In the meantime we can busy ourselves with Halos 1, 2, 3, ODST, Reach, Wars, the various board games, card games, novels, comics, anime, toys, and love pillows that we may or may not have at our current disposal.
We can also just do something else that’s fun like go outside but Pffffffffft who does that!?

It’s self inflicted, most of them saw 343 as the second coming of Halo and when they saw that their expectations weren’t completely met, not much else to do.
