If Bungie came back with the milk because of Halo Infinite’s success, would 343i be open to a joint op? Would that even tempt 343i? I mean Destiny was pointless and really didn’t work well, so imagine what they might do if they see their Master Chief back in action fighting their aliens and it be a success.
To be honest, with the way Bungie is now, it is a shadow of its former self and as a company I don’t want it anywhere near Halo. Certain individuals I’d welcome with open arms, but not the company as a whole.

I agree with this. The current Bungie seems to be mainly new people and the original folks have either moved on to new jobs or a few stayed on board with Halo and joined 343 Industries like Frank O’Conner did. I am thrilled to see Joe Staten back home with Halo and I was hoping Marty O’Donnell would be invited back but I guess we can’t expect every wish to come true. Current Bungie just does not seem to have the heart that the original Bungie did. 343 is personally much more reflective of classic Bungie than current Bungie is it seems. That’s just my opinion though from what I have seen.
