If that happen, then Master Chief will meet Red Team and perhaps join the UNSC Spirit of Fire. Another thing is that Medicant Bias core is on Installation 07, so all three pieces will be reunited and help Chief against the endless.

They need to clarify what’s going on with the ring.
In the multi prologue they mention that Zeta Halo and the Infinity are missing. It’s not in the same place it was before. Possibly the damage has crippled its Slipspace drive. The Banished make reference to being lost. Possibly Cortana destroying the ring had some unusual effects, dragged it into Slipspace. For all we know they could be ten thousand years in the future and not realise.
It’s not impossible but given that they establish Zeta Halo can fix itself; this probably isnt going to happen. But given the story of Infinite is the story of Zeta Halo I think the focus will stay on that rather than move on to the Ark.

I think this halo ring is too big for the lesser ark.
Plus it can repair itself it doesn’t need the ark

Installation 07 is the same size as the others, because it got reduced in size after most of its superstructure was discarded as a result of heavy damage. but it could be transported to Installation 00, to trap the Endless, as it is in dark space. Medicant Bias would be able to fight the Endless once the final piece has been reunited, imagine Medicant Bias and Offensive Bias helping each other.
