What If A Game Was Released via Xbox Live?

Since there is a letter limit on the title… here’s the full question, What if a mainstream game (Halo,Battlefield,Call Of Duty and etc) was released exclusively through Xbox Live (Or be available on Games On Demand On Release Date) alongside being released in stores? Would you still be willing to wait in line at midnight at the store to pick up your copy of the game you want or download the game directly from Xbox Live onto your hard drive?

Yes I would OP. If only because of tradition and the fact I’ve never missed a launch without my friends…

I always prefer physical over digital, especially when it costs €50.

Physical is always better. Besides, if your Xbox dies on you, your game is saved on the HDD. If you have a physical copy, you can play it on any Xbox.

Exactly, besides I find it more fun to get it at Midnight Launch.

Can’t you transfer licences from HDD to HDD?

I’d only buy digital on release if it was cheaper than physical, and I could pre-load it instead of waiting until after release to download it.

If I had to chose, I would prefer physical, but if was in a rush and didn’t have the time to go get a physical, I would chose digital.

I prefer going up at midnight, as its more fun.

And plus… My internet sucks so i would be waiting hours for a game to download.
