What if halo 6 came out and had no playable elites, full armor customization, no separation between competitive players and casual, no big team battles maps because esport player’s don’t play that, more spartan Locke, no split screen, no black undersuit, not much content what so ever on release like halo 5? Would you lose hope on halo and move on? Tell me what you think.
I honestly think this game is not for me anymore (casual player) from the moment halo 4 came out with the loadouts I knew 343 would focus too much on their competitive players. And the community should make their own fun.
Why do so many post doom and gloom post? If Halo isn’t for you any more move on. There is nothing wrong with moving on to another game. H5 is a good game over all. Sure it didn’t launch with all playlist but they told us stuff would be added in monthly updates from the start, sorry if you didn’t get that memo. I am not a big fan of the “add stuff later” format but it seems to be the going trend in a lot of games. Just don’t buy the game until it has all the content you want. To me H5 hasn’t been much different from any of the other Halo games, it has stuff I like and don’t like in it. It is still a great game over all. I guess most here are the glass is half empty types.
I had my doubts buying Halo 5 , now I know I will rent Halo 6.

But to answer… I don’t care about playable elites don’t even get why this is even a real issue I don’t remember even seeing very many playing as elites. I assume you mean NO armor customization… but not this wouldn’t bother me as since H4 majority of the armor looks like crap. You don’t even really see your own armor and no other player armor impressed me. It’s not like I have ever said oh better not shoot him… he has cool armor… no separation between casual and competitive players doesn’t matter to me either as I always play to win… no big team battle… While they almost weren’t going to have it in H5 I think they learned how dumb it would be to cut one of the most popular playlist; pretty sure we don’t have to worry about this. Yes I want more Master Chief in Halo but I don’t mind Spartan Locke or any other Spartan either. I never used split screen besides to get a few “co op” achievements. While the next halo should have it as a lot seem to use it, I don’t so it’s not a deal breaker. Black undersuits… is this really that big of an issue? I do prefer them but could careless. H5 actually had quite a bit of content on launch. Sure maybe not quite as much as past Halo games but it had A LOT more compared to other games that are launching. Look at some other games right now… some launching without a campaign at all, or like hitman with only the first mission or two and others to be added later… so for Halo 5 to have a complete campaign and a multiplayer with two modes warzone and arena was pretty good IMO.
As things stand I’m not pre ordering Halo 6, that will be the first Halo I don’t want to pre order, if they do what you posted OP, I won’t buy it.
I WOULD LOVE THAT! Why you ask? Full armor customization! That’s all that matters! We need more customization and we must sacrifice everything if it means reaching that goal!
