What I want from halo 5?

I will start with story because story is more important.

Story:
Every halo game is different we can’t have the same things.
The story should be long and unique like the other halo games.
I trust 343 on that.

The multiplayer should have:
A competitive and a casual playlist system sort of like halo 3.
Have a variety of gametypes like halo reach. And each set of playlist having its own ranking for example the casual playlist will have a halo reach like ranking system and the competitive will have a halo 3 like ranking system.
The loadouts should be more strict accept it should be,

  • primary weapon
  • secondary weapon (no plasma pistol)
  • grenades (no plasma)
  • Then a AA

There should be no kill cams and the ordinances should only drop once, but its very rewarding. I like the hit markers and the grenade icons. Big team battle should have a large variety of vehicles and 16v16 in huge maps. While slayer will have 4v4 small maps.

firefight or spartan ops?
I not sure on this one, ODST firefight was better because it was a challenge but after reach it was boring. Spartan ops have a amazing story though. But maybe something new.

Forge:
should combine reach and halo 4’s forge.
Having the reach variety and space, but halo 4 new forge options.

Theater should be record on all modes.

Armour should be a mix of both halo reach and halo 4’s are variety and have the option to make your own armor from existing armor.

They should bring back some of the old gametypes and make costem games easier to make.

Finally bring back a flying UNSC vehicle

What do you guys think?

Oh yeah and no stupid map control that the worst idea I have ever heard and it’s unfair and low aim assist.

What Halo 5 Needs.

Weapons:
SMG
Bruteshot
Grenade launcher
Flamethrower
Spike grenade
Fire grenade
Halo 3 style equipment as well as armor abilities
Dule wielding weaponds

Vehicles:
Elephant
Hornet
Falcon
Pelican
An APC
A new covenant aircraft

Forge:
Extremely large maps
Dynamic time and weather
Mechanical doors
Increased budget
Increased amount of supplies
A.I enemies and allies

Multiplayer:
Team slayer with our own colors(on the team selection menu make a box that says “custom 1” and the other team will be on “custom 2”.
Increased player limit

Keep in mind that this is just my opinion

Do you mean ‘having no map control is stupid’ or ‘the concept of map control is stupid’?
I need to clarify this before I can take this post seriously (or not, depending).

He is pretty much saying…Take out random weapon spawn… And Leave it in one spot.
Since weapon spawn anywhere on the map, You really don’t need map control.

More of saying that there shouldn’t be a area over the map where if you take that spot with power weapons then you pretty much won and the other team can’t do anything about it.It should be respectful weapons on each map and no spot that control the map. Like spartan laser and rocket launchers on vehicle maps or SAWS and shotguns on close quarter maps.

May I ask how 343i is to do this? The only way to do this is to have a large, empty room. There will always be strategic areas on maps where a well-oiled, better team can use to control the map. This isn’t something you can toggle off.
