What I think the Halo 4 Plot will be

Ever since I watched the Concept Art trailer, I’ve been studying around Halo: Primordium for some time now. Why? Because one of the concept art images was the cover of Halo: Primordium, which means the book and the game have a strong connection

Before you try to pull one of your muscles, read my previous topic; here.

Some time ago, the Forerunners fought with their own creators, known as the Precursors. The Forerunners had a massive war against he Precursors, and won, and this happened so long ago that the current Forerunner generation has no memories about it. The Forerunners killed every Precursor except for one, known as the Timeless One.

Now, the Timeless One built up a big plan to carry out his vengeance after all these years. He unleashed the flood onto the Master Builders research lab. As they prepare for war, John 117 comes into the middle of it.

Here comes my theory. He finds Chakas and Morning Riser and travells with them while fighting through Rogue AI, the Flood and the Forerunners. The UNSC picks up Cortana’s beacon and they travel to the world (As you see UNSC ships in the trailer) but then they get shot down by the Timeless One’s ships (As you see at the end of the trailer before it shows the Halo 4 title, random UNSC ships and Debris floating around the entrance to the planet)

After the title says Halo 4, my guess is that it zoomes into a more advanced Precursor, since its been all these years. The Timeless One.

John and the other humans will team up with the Forerunners to stop Rouge AI, the Timeless One and the flood.

THIS IS MY THEORY BASED OFF OF THE PLOT OF HALO PRIMORDIUM AND THE CONCEPT IMAGES.

You can go ahead and prove I’m wrong, I don’t mind, as I just slapped out what I got.

I don’t know, I don’t think Chakas and Riser will still be alive, they’re humans. But I can kind of see the other parts of the story, not bad. I just don’t think the UNSC will arrive en masse, if they are in it. And if they are, there could be no way of them contacting Earth or any other UNSC, because of John’s status being MIA as of 2610.

I hope the game does not follow the books, I hope 343 can put their own spin onto it. I don’t want a remade bunch of books. Atleast Bungie put their own spin on each game.

Well, the game will relate to the book but John isn’t the main character in the book. There can be a point where John, Chakas and Riser can be seperated for some time and only the book will tell what happened on Chakas and Riser’s end, while the game will tell John’s.

Well thank God for that.

Frankie said in the Halo 4 panel that the new games will make references to some of the newest novels, and even comics I think he said, novels: The Forerunner Saga and Glasslands. But I don’t think Chakas and Riser will be in it, or any of the characters (at least in Halo 4), it will just gives some nods to the backstory, and things that happened in the books, you might see why in Halo 4, or throughout the trilogy. I think 343i will wait until the novels are finished before they delve too deep into it though.

Well, if they arn’t Chakas are Riser, there should be other humans or friendlies chief will meet because in the Primordium concept image, you see 2 humans (Or atleast friendlies) beside John.

The Timeless One should be in it, as he is still alive and ‘Ancient’

That is true, I was thinking about that, but I just thought, no way, but who know, you could be right. And The Timeless One should definitely be in it, I’m sure he’ll be the one causing chaos for you in the game or something like that.

I just hope 343i can wow us with an amazing story, because all of the speculation here is very similar, and it seems logical to speculate on, and I hope it’s not what we think, I think it would be awesome if they came up with something that no one would’ve even come close to expecting, and surprise us all.

I need to read my Halo novels again.

I think the thing we see at the end of the concept trailer is The Timeless One, and that The Timeless one will be the main villian of The Reclaimer Trilogy.

I posted this in the General forums. read it, love it, discuss it.
