What has happened to Falcons?

I remember everyone made hype about the Falcons returning to Halo 4 when a screenshot came out of Master Chief standing and in the background you can see Infinity and some Falcons.

Now, what happened to Falcons?
We never got to see them anywhere in the game.

WAIT.
What happened to the hornets? Jada Toys made hornets specifically for Halo 4… what happened to them, and why would 343i just scrap them. It makes no since considering they were in Halo 3.

aww,i’m sad to see it go,it was so fun to use in halo reach with a bunch of buddies,more so than the hornet because it required quite a bit of teamwork :frowning:

That works both ways though. The banshee has hardly changed at all in appearance and function from reach, other than removing vehicle lock for the missile.

They are trying so hard to make the game their own, but there is already so much stuff in halo that isnt their own, that they have to use it.

you cannot replace a flying vehicles with a walking ground robot … facepalm

there should be a pelican … unarmed transport … mantis can deal with a banshee, so i understand how having a falcon thats armed would be unfair (covenant has no ground walky thing …) but the pelican would be a good addition for tactical objectives

if they added a unsc aircraft that’s not new it would be the hornet

but if they did they would need to nerf the mantis or buff the banshee
