I mean, from the way a lot of the people on these forums make it seem like, Frank is Halo and the guy who was the visionary, but from what I know he was the content manager for Halo and the thing he can probs be most attributed to is the website of Bungie, not the game.
So my question is am i missing something, because from my opinion, if he was really the visionary, why would he want to make so many cod like and unnecessary changes like 343 is making now.
So is there really a reason that people are saying Frank is Halo and that I should trust him, or is this honestly just a completely new take on Halo by people with no connection?

I AM NOT TRYING TO DISCLAIM FRANK, I THINK HE’S AWESOME BUT WOULD JUST LIKE THIS QUESTION CLEARED UP HONESTLY

How do you know “Perks”, Loadouts and Sprint work like the CoD ones. We have almost no information about these things and yet, we are complaining about them.

He’s not Sage Merrill or Josh Hamrick?

i mean the unnecessary changes, not necessarily cod like.
What i mean is people who are normally the visionary that everyone makes him out to be don’t make the drastic changes that he has helped make.
But please answer my original question, i would like an answer

Because he’s been apart of the development process for Halo’s 2 and 3 so he knows what makes great Halo gameplay. Plus, he’s the creator of Mister Chief. I mean, what is there to not like about him?

He’s done much more for halo than you and anyone else who wants to question his authority…

The only CoD-ish thing that is confirmed is the Custom Loadouts. But chances are they will be balanced out (Primary must ALWAYS be a Utility BR or Carbine, secondary must ALWAYS be an Automatic AR or PR etc).

Frankie basically showed his amusement towards people grabbing at the Perks Rumor, and effectively denied it.
