What happens with matchmaking? Only players in gold and platinum rank appear, onyx and champions no longer appear? A week ago the system has been failing, and what has happened to the classification list?

I also encountered this problem when playing SWAT yesterday. Although I won almost every game, I could not increase my CSR because I always met players below the gold.

It seems that over the past few days there has been a bug with the CSR that deranked you if you lost but didn’t uprank you when you won, anyone who played more than a handful of games lost quite a few ranks. I know a Diamond that is now a Bronze.
Not sure if 343 is aware of it or if they can restore previous ranks.

Yeah, I’ve dropped from platinum 6 to gold 4 now. Getting no progress at all for any win, and losing ~65% of a rank every loss.

With the population drop perhaps 343i removed the ability for the top 200 to achieve champion as to not give it out “falsely”?
Not that I agree, just throwing out ideas.

halo infinity should have a backpack, ground slam and some halo 5 multiplayer features, infinity would be the perfect game. there will never be another like halo 5​:sob:

I just bout to ask what happened to the ranking, because I would game with someone who was a diamond 4 and I was de ranking but that person was absolutely not.

The matching and ranking system is absolutely broken. We should submit ticket in Halo Support to make 343 pay attention to this issue.

I have submitted the ticket and received such a reply.
“Although we do not have an estimated time for a fix, the issue you experienced regarding unbalanced matchmaking and CSR does not progress after winning a match has been logged with our developers. They will use the information you provided during their investigation.”
I hope that more people can submit ticket so that 343 can solve this problem as soon as possible.
