Halo Reach had an LE bonus with commentary by Bungie delivered the same way as Halo 4’s FUD is supposed to be.
But, it was removed off waypoint some time ago and it was the only way to access it.
So, what is going to happen when Forward Unto Dawn is taken off, because it eventually will happen. What about LE buyers?

Discs and downloads tend to outlive streaming
Well if Halo 1 vids are still here i don’t see why not.

If that was the case, wouldn’t they have given us a disc?
They would disappoint every LE buyer by removing FUD. It would be a fiasco all over again.
An online stream could potentially last for as long as the internet does, and possibly longer, assuming something replaces the internet when it falls. Discs on the other hand, soon become outdated. While I admit I would rather have a disc, just for the novelty of it, an online stream will likely last much longer.

Streaming is not permanent. Having a disc or the file should last much longer than if you have to rely on someone else to host your content.

Yeah I was pretty disappointed when I hooked my Xbox up last week to double check that it works before Halo 4 and realized the content I bought was no longer available to me.
I seriously doubt this will happen, as Reach’s LE bonus content is still on Waypoint.
