What happens to the specializations when...

I’m wondering, what happens to the specializations perks when you finish one and move onto the next? Are you able to return to a completed specialization whenever you want, to be able to use its perk? Are you not able to use that specializations perk ever again?

the perks unlock in your tactical package and you can still use it when you start a new specialization

The perks fall under your support/tactical perk area, you can only use them once you complete that specialization, 1-10. So to answer your question, yes, you get too use the perks regardless of your titled spec.

Basically you begin changing out your Load Outs. I already switched one over to the Operator and set it up to work best with that specialization, so if I jump on a map with vehicles I’m ready to go.
