After doing research, I preordered Halo Infinite through Walmart because reputable game sites did comparisons with all the big stores selling the game. Walmart advertised the preorder bonuses that come with the game. When I opened my copy of Halo Infinite, there were no codes to be found to enter into Halo Waypoint. I double-checked my character customization to make sure if it was there, but nothing showed up. A subreddit was recently posted about 6 days ago where others have reported the same problem to Microsoft and Walmart with little to no luck. Does 343 know about this issue?
I am pretty sure you got scammed, the game is free to play. And there were no āpre orderā bonuses that I heard of. If you can describe what the bonuses were, then I may be able to help

I believe you were scammed as the āMK50 Sidekickā is a weapon in your second slot when you play quickplay or big team battle (most of the time). There is no option to buy it. The other two sound legit, but couldāve been a set up for the trust part of the scam. For now I will read the suggested threads and try to help some more tommorrow. As for your problem, if there were any more items included or any misspellings you made, please edit and revise the post, and look for a way to get a refund as soon as possible.
Thatās why I got it, but I also thought it was ironic they had a listing for the Sidekick; an actual weapon in the game. Sounds like a copy-paste tactic they did to advertise. There were no misspellings. I got that directly from the page. Itās all good. Iām not looking for a refund, honestly.

I donāt know why people are saying this was a scam. There are literally advertised pre-order bonuses. The thing about the sidekick in the description was that you get the zeta sky coating also for the pistol. All the stores that advertised the bonus gave the coating for your armor, and a weapon. Different stores gave the zeta sky coating for a different weapon. Walmartās was for the sidekick. I have the same issue, I never got a code with my pre-order and it was the whole reason I pre-ordered in the first place and itās like the codes just donāt exist. I was really looking forward to this and no one seems to have an answer on how to fix this.
The campaign is not, and itās part of the āpre-orderā thing he is talking about. I pre-ordered on steam, didnāt even know about any bonuses.
