I’ve been wondering this for awhile. Now that Warzone like WZ Assault has been reduced to 6 man fireteams, what happened to all those huge Warzone Companies? Did they go AWOL or something? It’s like they just disappeared. A friend of mine said they all pretty much switched to BTB where they can still have full teams. That actually would make sense too cause ever since Warzone was cut down to 6 man foreteams, I encounter way more tryhards in BTB now. A lot more than I used to.

Because certain people could no longer farm ransoms they’ve moved on to Btb.
Also Achilles served as an end game. So people would get it and quit.

Looks like my friend was right. They did move on to BTB. Also I ran into some companies in the past where a bunch of them had full Achilles sets and they’d still farm. It’s not even about Achilles too much anymore.
One reason why I’m taking my sweet time coming back to Halo since I’m currently playing a different game. BTB was my main playlist and I would always encounter a few full parties when I played it which was annoying, but I put up with it. Now that the party limit in WZ happened, I’m sure it’s going to be littered even more with full parties and I don’t feel like dealing with that so I’ll keep playing my other game.
Some moved into btb and I’m sure some quit the game, I wouldn’t blame them.

Hey my WARBOYS company doesn’t have Achilles yet lol. But that’s only because a lot of the active members had stuff they needed to do in their lives and others hardly get on. When we had the full Warzone Squad, we’d crap on almost every team we came across. We were a force to be reckoned with. XD
They all probably either stopped playing altogether or went over to big team since you can have larger fire teams there. I have a friend who I used to roll with in Warzone all the time who you could always count on to fill the lobby with people, and he said a while ago that far fewer people were on nowadays since they put in the 6 man limit. But that’s purely anecdotal. I myself don’t really play often anymore just because the game got stale.
I’ve encountered multiple big Spartan Companies in BTB, so I’m sure some of them went there. If many of the Companies only played 12-man Warzone, some of them may have lost their motivation to play.

I hardly encounter the huge companies in Warzone now. I get them probably every 5 games. I used to encounter them a lot more back when Warzone had 12 man teams.

And about the companies, i think the achieve achiles so theres no need to figth as a team anymore. as Metallica say Sad but true.
They definitely moved to BTB. You get sweaty matches so much more often now after the fireteam limit.

AWOL stands for Absent Without Leave, which basically (in military terms) means deserting or any other type of leaving without permission.

Before the update, I had many friends playing Warzone, but now very few play.

What a fool you are. I’m not at all against the change to 6 man fireteam, I’m for it. I stopped playing Halo because it’s repetitive and boring to me. And overwatch is cancer? That makes no sense. I understand you’re a degenerate but try speaking normally you child. I play games other than Halo, cry me a river.

Nope. I can’t get any enjoyment out of Halo 5 anymore.
