I liked how the menus from CE to H3 were animated , they kind off showed part of the campaign and if you were away , a vid would appear
What happened to them?
Maybe they started to realize if people were gone long enough for the vid to appear, they would probably be gone for the vid too.
Modern Halo happened to them… It’s sad that the menu was such an important thing to me from CE-Halo 3. I seriously used to just sit in the Halo 2 menu and enjoy myself. Marty is a musical genius.

I generally don’t wait long enough in the beginning to actually appreciate the animated menus. That matter is more trivial for me compared to the other things that need to be addressed. Like seriously, I want my Mark V helmet and a campaign/spartan ops theatre… D:

I wasn’t really trying to take away from what Neil Davidge did with Halo 4. He is really good also. I just dislike the heeeeeee ayyyyyyyy aweeeeeeee eee wwaaaaa aaaaaaaahhhhhh title music. It’s not good… It’s annoying. The monks and softness of CE-3 made the menus good. Reach sounded like an Arabian celebration(IMO Martys worst work yet). Halo 4 menu sounds like an electronic woman getting stabbed in the throat. With that being said, I wouldn’t have minded hearing Martys take on the Halo 4 menu suite.

Maybe they realized that nobody would want to stay in the menu anymore because of the terrible music of the new composer

Actually I like the new music , but I prefer the classic one , and no it’s not terrible
