What happened to PU-Camo?

In Matchmaking on Anniversary playlists, there is usually a blue ball of light which is the pick-up camo. A couple of months ago, when you picked it up, you could move freely, cloaked in invisibility. It was like the old Combat Evolved, where you didn’t have to worry about too much movement revealing you out of Camo. But now, whenever I pick up Camo and I move, it works like the Reach active camo and the more I move, the more people can see me.

Why? I liked the camo that 343 started off with in Anniversary. Please fix this.

I think it just does that for YOU, so the enemy can’t see you but you can see yourself.

Highly doubt that. Almost no one used to be able to notice me, now when I move everyone does. They might just have become better players that are more aware although.
