Halo CE - Reach one looks so so much better , I dont care if it’s only a small change its hideous now, it used to look awesome. I even have a t-shirt of the old one

I agree but not make them looks hideous . wtf is the legendary symbol now? looks like a piss take of the original not a new one. it looks like something a 5 year old drew
Covenant are no longer the main enemy any more. Forerunners are. It makes more sense to have a Forerunner skull rather than an Elite one.
I like it.
As for the oddball, I also think that looks better now. ALOT better.
All just opinions im afraid. You’re not going to find a satisfactory explanation.

looks hideous ,didnt realise forerunners had gigantic noses lol . the swords look crap too and the shield looks flimsy compared to the original

Its pretty much the way with everything 343 has done to halo.
IMO they really needed to do as you have done, sit down with the new changes, look clearly at what they were replacing and ask themselves honestly - “is this an improvement?” if they had done that we would be playing a much better game.
I think the legendary symbol is pretty sweet considering the forerunners are now the main enemy. Also, ODST’s was a human skull, so Bungie changed it up their selves.
