Bought a Gold Pack but when I tried to open it I got the failed to open message and I can see it in my Unopened sections, so how come after going back to main menu I can’t find it anymore… tried signing out plus restarting Halo 5 and its still not there, come unto waypoint and its not here either? This is a really annoying issue that needs to be fixed, this is a 5th time its happened >:(
This is a glitch that occurs some times. The items are added to your req collection. You can check in game or here on WP.
