What happened to Jun?

What happened to him?

He’s still around. He went on recruit for the Spartan IV program. They don’t really specify how he and Halsey got separated in the books: after the events of CE, Chief makes his way to Reach where reunites with some other Spartan IIs and Dr. Halsey, but Jun wasn’t a character when that was written, so I’m not sure what he did in the meantime. He showed up in the Halo Initiation comics and recruited Sarah Palmer into the Spartan IV program.

Jun ahora es un spartan 3 retirado, sin embargo ayudó a entrenar a las futuras generaciones de spartans (Los spartan 4).

Bungie messed up pretty badly when not including Jun’s death. It would be cool if he sacrificed himself, after teaming up with, to save Master Chief in a future Halo game.

When asked what happened to jun bungie gave the lame answer of “his fate may never be unraveled” so…

I’m guessing they just forgot or ran out of money at the time and that they won’t incorporate him in any more games

He went on to become Boba Fett

Seems legit. ^

he died

You talking about Boba Fett dying, or Jun?
I know there was some book where it said Jun died but is was not made by bungie which is the company that invented halo and the story

You know the phrase, remember reach? Well there really should be a cutscene to a game where a reach survivor is recovering after a battle. Then Master Chief would walk up and say something like: Who are you? then the guy would reply in a cool deep rough voice: Remember Reach? then the screen would go black and the title of the halo game would enter

Maybe Jun was just some random soldier, put into a suit, and he happened to be good a sniping; then he died because he stunk; he was never a major character in any cutscenes

As it turns out, neither of them died in the ancillary media.

vivio…

Jun didn’t die, in fact he works with ONI recruiting for the Spartan IV project. In fact he was the one who recruited Sarah Palmer, as seen in the 3 issue Halo: Initiation comic series released at the end of 2013 (which, before anyone asks, is canon in the Halo universe).

So Jun is the one to blame for recruiting Sarah Palmer. I didn’t think he’d hire someone like her, hopefully he’s regretting that decision.lol
