He safely escorted Dr. Halsey to earth where they arrested her for war crimes. And He was their during the Covenant attack on New Mombasa. Never see him. But he one of the Important ODST’s that kicked -Yoink-.

Jun survived the battle of Reach and went on to train the new Spartan IVs with Spartan II washout Musa. He gets involved in an insurrectionist takeover of the nearly completed UNSC Infinity and defends himself with a shotgun while wearing a suit (I feel this extra information was important :P).
Jun did survive. the story just never says or tells about what happened to him because he’s sort of not an important character, but he is a character, jun is considered to be a side character one that is not as important than the protagonist that’s why they don’t say anything about Jun.

The Graphic Novel “Fistful of Arrows” goes over what happens to Jun and Halsey directly following Halo Reach. It’s a short read, but it’s absolutely fantastic. It covers some of his backstory with Noble Team as well, and does a great job of developing each member of Noble Team better than the game did. It’s written beautifully, and the artwork is absolutely stellar. I’ve read a lot of the Halo graphic novels, and this one is, in my opinion, the best by an absolute longshot.
