Was it removed already? I’ve been playing a -Yoink–ton a FF because of the weekly and it never appears.
I wish we could trade places. It seems to be all I ever get. I don’t know why they didn’t just call it Firefight Skirmisher Progression. It was so much better during its first week with the all Hunter rounds, Chieftain waves, etc. Heretics in Limited were a bit overboard, but the rest were fine!
I have seen it loads this week. Im pretty sure it hasnt been removed your just having a lucky streak.
I hate those skirmisher rounds annoying as yoink sometimes I just carnt be bothered with them they are just a real pain.

So it’s still available? I’ve completed 50 rounds in FF and never once seen NEP appear. Damn the randomization in this game mode sucks.

I have found the fastest way to deal with those pesky -Yoinks!- is to dmr, needle rifle or pistol. Heavy weapons if you are on top of a spawn point.
Skirmishers are a fine class of enemy. But having them be in 3 or 4 waves per round is just dumb.

If there is one thing i would like to add to that, i think Skirmishers should be removed from Sniper Attack. You can barely aim with those guys runnin’ around.

You are very lucky then. Everytime I play FF all get is NEP matches. I hate playing them. The wrost part are the enemies, namely skirmishers, elites w/ sniper rifles on 2 round, and elites with rocket launchers on 3rd round.
Boy I miss playing the original FF Arcade type of FireFight. It was/is still the best multiplayer playlist in Halo.
i wish it was removed, playing round after round of skirmishers aint the fun i expected
People constantly complaining about skirmishers? Why? They are the best enemy in Reach since you can’t just Rocket/FRG spam them like every other enemy. It’s always funny to watch Jetpack/FRG noobs get dominated by flowery lizards because they can’t actually aim a gun.
