I’ve watched a couple of videos talking about buck and the rookie along with how the alpha nine and how they split apart. Yet I’ve never seen the after story for Dare, buck leaves Dare yes, but does she retire or something? I’ve looked in the Fandom and I’ve seen nothing.
I’m pretty sure it’s not been addressed yet by 343 Industries so for now, all we have to go off is H3: ODST. Would be interesting to see if she shows up or a reference is made to her by Buck in H6.
She still works for ONI. At the end of the book Halo New Blood, Veronica Dare gives Buck the full run down of Fireteam Osirus before he goes to join em’.
