I remember that you were able to select the emblems with a background shape in the tech preview now you can’t now it’s just select the emblem with the background shapes you want just the color of them I wish 343i would bring this back in.

right what happened to all of our customization everything is now just presets and i hate it

yup I was disappointed that I couldn;t change the background shapes with whatever logo I wanted to like I was before during its tech preview.
I hope they change it back rather then picking a pre-set emblem.

Don’t you mean “paid” presets, lol.
They most likely didn’t feel like policing player created emblems.

343 took out the Valkyrie emblem which I have had in every Halo game since Halo 2, nevermind the fact that even if it was in the game I can’t customize the colors of it outside of predetermined color schemes??? Get REAL 343.
if you remember in the tech preview we were able to select from pre-set emblems and pre-set background shapes to give it some sort of definition and change the color much as we can in MCC I do not like that they just decided to get rid of that option. ANd the “paid” presets you’re referring to are the locked ones that you can’t even customize wither too much once you’ve unlocked them like the ones we can use now.
In MCC and the Tech preview I had a skull and crossbones emblem and gave it a grey X background now you can’t even do that in this beta which is what I am disappointed in really.
The MUltiplayer is technically still in “BETA” so they could change it.
And TBH I was hoping they’d take a note from the ElDewrito team like what they did with Halo-Online and give us the freedom to color our spartans/elites individually with a color wheel.
What happened to custom emblems and nameplates you ask?

That’s going to be in DLC later bro so fork over the money
