What happened to all of the MM achievements

What happened to all of the match making achievements in halo?
I guess ill spend the next few mins looking them up and making a list for you amazing forumrunners < see what i did there? forerunners? forumrunners? eh eh???

Halo 3 (there were also another 17 mm achieves from DLC-just incase you notice a few missing-i didn’t add them because we don’t know the h4 dlc achieves)
Graduate 10
Earn 5 EXP or finish 10 games to complete the requirements for basic training (Online)
UNSC Spartan 15
Earn your Sergeant rating to be recognized as a true Spartan (Online).
Spartan Officer 25
Advance to the Spartan Officer ranks (Online).
Two for One 5
Score a Double Kill with a single spartan laser shot in a ranked free for all playlist (Online).
Too Close to the Sun 5
Destroy an enemy banshee with the spartan laser or missile pod in a ranked playlist or in campaign.(well count this one even though you can get it in campaign)
Triple Kill 5
Kill 3 enemies within 4 seconds of one another in a ranked free for all playlist (Online).
Overkill 5
Kill 4 enemies within 4 seconds of one another in a ranked free for all playlist (Online).
Lee R Wilson Memorial 5
Score 5 grenade sticks in any ranked free for all playlist (Online).
We’re in for some Chop 5
Destroy an enemy vehicle with equipment in a ranked playlist or in campaign.(again well count it)
Killing Frenzy 5
Kill 10 enemies without dying in any ranked free for all playlist (Online).
Steppin’ Razor 5
Score a Triple Kill with the sword in a ranked free for all playlist (Online).
Mongoose Mowdown 5
Splatter an enemy with the mongoose in a ranked free for all playlist (Online).
Up Close and Personal 5
Kill 5 enemies by melee or assassination in a ranked free for all playlist (Online).
Fear the Pink Mist 5
Kill 5 enemies with the needler in a ranked free for all playlist or in campaign.
Headshot Honcho 5
Kill 10 enemies with headshots in a ranked free for all playlist or in campaign.
Used Car Salesman 5
Destroy a vehicle that has three enemies in it in a ranked playlist or in campaign.
MVP 5
Earn the MVP in any ranked playlist (Online).
Maybe Next Time Buddy 5
Board the same vehicle within 10 seconds after being boarded in any free for all playlist (Online).

Halo 4 (10? correct me if there are more)
Not Some Recruit Anymore 15
Ranked up your Spartan-IV to SR-5.(even though you can get the leveling achieves through ops or campaign well count them because MM would make the most sense)
Movin’ On Up 25
Ranked up your Spartan-IV to SR-20.
I <3 Red vs Blue 15
Won 5 War Games matchmaking matches.
Hanging on the Combat Deck 30
Won 20 War Games matchmaking matches.
(now im going to grasp at straws and claim MM would be the most efficient way even though its not needed)
The Challenged 10
Completed a Challenge.
The Challenger 20
Completed 25 Challenges.
Armorer 5
Changed your Spartan’s armor in the Spartan Armor card.
Badge 5
Changed your Emblem in the Spartan ID card.
PWND 5
Changed your Service Tag in the Spartan ID card.
What a Poser! 5
Changed your Spartan’s pose in the Spartan ID card.

Honestly I think the creators forgot that Halos main population and the main reason most people buy the game is for the Matchmaking, sure there are people that love the campaign(because its pretty damn great) but the campaigns not missing so many achieves(several were lost due to lack of scoring in the game from what i can tell) – sorry for rambling, but im just curious if why MM achieves have taken a dump and does anyone know if there are going to be anymore achieves added with DLC?

again sorry if i confused people i just wish there were more matchmaking/infinity slayer achievements in the game to add some drive to playlists and playing in general

I never like the MM achievments. Most were too hard to get and most people just do the switching language trick to get them. Its cool if you like them, though. Im not trying to bash your opinion.

I remember hearing somewhere that the DLC that comes out shortly has 8 achievements. I’d assume they’re all MM achievements. But in all honesty, achievements like “Don’t Touch That” really put me off from MM achievements.

That’s false, you can actually count the number of ex-Bungie employees on 1 hand.

Lol its all good, i dont feel bash im just dissapointed because the achieves would add more to MM which would help numbers for the achieve junkies.

Ah thanks, ill fix that. I had just heard a long time ago(prolly over the summer) that alot of the halo team jumped over to 343 to help with halo, though im sure it was just hype to ease the masses about new kids on the block taking over halo.

My guess is, all DLC achievements will be matchmaking. They don’t need any “kill X enemies with…” because of the Commendations in place.

Well actually…do you count needing 20 Mantis curb stomp kills as such?

check the front page. The first dlc coming out has 8 more mm achievements and its only the first dlc of 3 so far
