Why do they not have the fun game modes like multi team or team swat or the likes? will they be adding these ever or will the current modes they have out all we will be able to play?

Every Halo game has been the same with multiplayer.
Launch playlists are just core games with not much variety until around a month after release, then they start adding more and more into it and mixing up the current playlists.
It all comes with time.
