What happend to all the armor?

At PAX, i saw more armor (such as Master Chief’s helmet) and way more visor colors. A video showing all the armor (the guy hacked the game in an OFFLINE account) did not show the armor I saw at PAX. He went through the whole list, too. Are they in the game and you have to wait to unlock them or what? I didn’t see them.

you need to level up and unlock them
edit: i think the way it works is that they appear (locked) when you are close to unlocking them. so a lot of them won’t show up until you get to a closer level.

I’d say you have to wait for them. Maybe unlike Reach the extra armor is actual Downloadable Content not Disc Locked Content so even if you did hack you wouldn’t be able to unlock them.
