What happen with the all time top csr??? HELP ME

Many people have the SAME PROBLEM, the all time top csr appear unranked or the show all time top csr is wrong, In this account i can see, but in my main account the all time top csr is unranked, i have onyx in all months but never appear in my all time top csr

Same problem here. My all time top CSR was Onyx in SWAT but now its incorrectly displaying a Platinum 1 ranking in Team Arena (from this season). Not sure what exactly is going on but frustrating that nothing been done about it.

My FFA Onyx rank also disappeared.

im facing the same issue my rank and all time top csr got reset its showing as unranked I was an Onyx in swat and current Diamond 5 any fix for this?

I’d really appreciate some kind of answer here. Surely this is an easy fix for the webmaster here.

guys your rank,k/d ratio,playtime,armour,and level don’t define how good a player you are or your skill on the battlefield. So why worry if it shows up

It’s a feature, so it would be nice if they made sure it worked.

Same thing happened with me. I’m trying to find as many of these related posts as I can and bump them again. Like I’ve stated in posts before, I used to have Onyx, now it’s only showing some garbage Plat 6 rank I just qualified in. It’s beyond annoying. I don’t have the time to try get another Onyx rank, it takes way too long.

Completely agree. It’s time-consuming. Managed it when I had the time, got a badge, and now it’s gone.

Yeah. I’m sure if I play a few games of slayer more I can bump this plat 6 to a diamond 1…

And the biggest problem is, my halo team are in a different timezone to me, and they start university again this week, so the possibility of ranking onyx again are going to be super difficult doing it lone wolf. :confused:

I’ve still got this issue nearly a month on :confused:

I think we need to continue talking about this until they actually do SOMETHING.

At the very least they need to acknowledge the problem. It seems like a very easy fix unless this is on purpose.
