Can someone tell what happen to Serena because i don’t see her in the halo wars 2 trailer

After 7 years of existing Smart AI, like Serina and Cortana, go into a phase rampency. This is basically when the AI thinks themselves into insanity, smart AI are usually terminated by then but Serina had nobody to terminate her. So I believe she set a code in the ship to wake the crew up when a UNSC signal was received and the self-terminated herself.

BTW Halo Wars 2 takes place multiple decades after the original.
