Maps with interactive elements are always good.
Great way to afjust the playstyle / plan of a team or adapt to changing circumstances.

I am not a fan of two maps in Infinite, Bazaar and Launch Site I believe their names are.
Relic from the Halo 2 map pack is one Iāve wanted to make a reappearance. Also the two desert maps from H3 are also personal favorites of mine. Hang em High from Halo 1 will always hold a special place in my heart.
But at this point Iām excited for any throwback maps
Added: Bazaar just feels like a Call of Duty map, and launch site is great for One Flag CTF, but horrible for slayer
The Pit surely for me. Not so much Blackout though⦠And Blackout is from H3. Itās called Lockout from H2.
Yes.
Also CE, Reach, ODST, 4 and Guardians.
Donāt even update them. Import them directly in their low-res, low-poly glory. Donāt change a thing.
If they really plan on a 10 year life cycle, then all of them eventually.
Lockout was always my face map, but would be happy to see most of them, although would have to be different in a way to accommodate for grapple.
Guardian would probably work as it is by just changing to banished aesthetic.
I know itās not likely to happen soon, I think there is alot of interest especially as mcc population will dwindle, but also forge is coming so Iād give it a week after it comes out to see redone maps through forge
My 10 most wanted remakes from 2 and 3 in no particular order:
BTB (each needs to be re-imagined a bit to make them a bit bigger to fit the current 12vs12 BTB)
Arena
Maps I absolutely donāt want to see remade from 2 and 3:
I loathe those 2 maps, always have, yet they are insanely popular so most people want them remade, sigh.
All of them. No forge recreations. Fully developer made recreations. This is Halo āInfiniteā after all!
I think maps like Containment, Relic, Sidewinder/Avalanche, Timberland/Ridgeline, and Highlands would fit pretty well with the increased player count of BTB.
