we all know halo is an amazeing sci-fi FPS, but what parts could become real life?
lets explore this kind of stuff and take a look at all of the options so ill start off with the first things i can think of
real life MJOLNIR suits have already been made by one guy
human genetic engeneering i can see happening to make real life spartans when you see what we already know about DNA
AI is only a matter of time before we can have ones like cortana although not holographic
and jetpacks have been invented 
so what can you think of in halo that can come into real life

only things with pelicans is it would take to much fuel to be pratical

The pelican would be sufficient due to its plating and personnel capacity which makes up for the fuel cost.

Using modern day aircraft fuels, it would be physically impossible for a Pelican to operate for too long.
FTL drive. Sooner or later we will push out into space to explore. They may not happen in our lifetime but i thing they will eventually.
Also, pelicans will be able to go in space!!!

well if you think about how far we have come with robotic AI as well as other things. im a big computer nerd and one thing thats a big leap in technology is intel core i3 i5 and i7 proccesors, those can auto adjust and adapt which in my thing is a big thing towards future AI robotic or in a computer like cortana.
One thing for a fact that’s probably happening right now is orbital weapon satalites. O.o

probobly been some treaty already about that, however you also have to wonder how pratical would it be to use? I mean all i can think right now is missiles which cost millions, and it would cost billions to have a weapon platform built and billions again to put those missiles up their. look how expensive hubble is.
what i want to know is how far away are lasers because those could be used for weapon platforms
Artificial gravity is something I hope we see soon.
the warthog and the mongoose feels pretty solid. most of the mechanics for the warthog already exist on other military rigs. the mongoose would be mostly used for airborne missions if anything. the weapon systems probally can be made today but conventions won’t allow most of them.
i would really like to see holographic bridges remember is halo combat evolved there was a holographic bridge in the mission Halo when you go in the tower so that’s what i would like to see
