I know there are players who prefer the old school gameplay for the next game and I can understand that but in my opinion, I don’t think that style of gameplay won’t survive in this era of next-gen, especially for sci-fi games. Gameplay has to keep changing no matter what, but there is a way to bring back old halo fans and make halo great again.
- Have a separate classic multiplayer playlist for old fans where Spartan abilities are turned off(Yeah, I heard someone else mentioned that but I felt reaching to others about this). That way, overall gameplay can keeping changing while not throwing aside the old fanbase.
- Make campaign levels and mp maps that could accommodate both new and old gameplay, maybe like halo reach when sprint was limited to an armor ability.
- MP Space battles with lots of players and all known fighters and ships for UNSC and Covenant.
- Increase player limit for warzone to battlefield level.
- I’m fine with Spartan abilities but ADS should be taken out.
- Deep halo reach like customization and armor should be unlocked by ranking up or commendations based on rarity.
- Playable elites.
- Make campaign longer, better, and have more factions with no false ad obviously
- Amount of content that should have been present at launch with all classic modes, lots of customization, and lots of maps for all modes while adding more content later on like newer modes, newer armor, and newer maps that aren’t reskins
- Equipment and armor abilities that act like equipment and pickups.
