In my opinion halo4 had the best because you had to earn the armor by completing challenges and you wear able to customise every part of your spartan. Bungi you need to bring that armor system back!

Are you serious about the Bungie part? Although, I did like how there was a ton of unlock able armor in Halo 4.
As much as it pains me I have to say Reach. It had good choices of armor, didn’t look so hideous like majority of H4 and H5. Also loved my inclement weather armor effect.
Halo CE. MAYBE Halo 2.
A combination of Reach and Halo 4 would be nice for armor customization.
Halo 3 or Reach. They required you to actually accomplish things instead of farming points to maybe get lucky and have to spend hundreds of hours to unlock the same armor with a different pattern. Plus they didn’t have a armor set that ruined a game type.
