Challenges are pointless when you are level cappped. They made this game way to easy to reach the level cap. I used to love getting challenges in reach but now they are pretty pointless.
Welcome to the club. There were lvl 130s three weeks after the release. Most have stopped playing b/c there’s no incentive. Hard to believe 343 was this shortsighted but then again, we did buy a beta.

Thanks, I’m glad I’m not the only one who has this opinion

Other than the exp they give your also counting up the kills on the Challenges to complete them and get new armor along the way, is this not more rewarding than the exp it’s self?

If that was the case then there would be no reason for 343 to give out XP for the challenges. You do the challenges to get the XP to get the armor to get the ranks and so on. If you can’t earn XP then it’s pointless.
People complained about Inheritor being too hard to get. This is why it took so long. So people have a incentive to play and will complete challenges for xp. Lets hope 343 raises the cap tremendously.
> People complained about Inheritor being too hard to get. This is why it took so long.
No. People didn’t complain about the length to reach Inheritor. They complained about there not being a skill based ranking system. When players started to hit Inheritor they asked for more ranks. Reach was an XP ranking system and there’s nothing hard about playing the game b/c you always earn XP. If someone went AFK they’d earn the same XP as someone who didn’t.
Now if they tied XP into winning and performance so you actually had to earn it then that would be a different matter.
