This is a picture of GUNGNIR armor, but look closely at the forearms:
They look a little bit like FOTUS, but upon closer inspection, they are clearly another unique armor piece. As far as I know, these are not unlockable in the game. Anyone know what they are, or how to get them?
I am not sure either, they are shown in Concept Art with the Rogue Armor Set in the Art of Awakening as well, and yet I havent heard any solid information on how to obtain them.
They are extremely nice though :/, I will do some research and see if anyones mentioned them now.
Best bet may be using twitter to ask one of the developers, Josh Holmes will usually tell you straight up.
I am not sure what Forearms they are and they have not been mentioned anywhere 
but I will post a picture around a few other forums and see if the mystery may be solved.
They are cut GUNGNIR forearms, no way to obtain them, sorry.
If you look at most of the forearms in the armor section of Halo 4 intel, they aren’t in the game either.

that blows, I saw several Concept armors pre-Halo 4 that I enjoyed, and they were cut due to memory, perhaps those Forearms were as well.

Pretty sure those are Recruit forearms, with a slightly different skin.
